Family fun day

On July 28 we will be hosting a Family Fun Day to help raise money for CHASE. We will be running events throughout the day. Entry for events only with donation.

Fitness Classes will run, in both the studio and the gym, from 9:00am-2:00pm. A bouncy castle will be running from 2:00pm-5:00pm and a Pool Party, with Streamline Swimming Club, will run from 2:15pm-4:00pm. Please note places will be limited to the public and there will be no lanes in place at this time.

• 10:30am-11:00am Box Fit with Margo 
• 11:10am-11:40am Step with Margo
• 11:50am-12:20pm Full Body Workout Circuit with Bryan

Gym:

• 9:00am-9:30am Astro training with Bryan 
• 11:00am-11:30am Astro training with Bryan
• 1:00pm-1:30pm Astro training with Sean
