Please note, bookings are in place for all sessions during the Christmas holidays. This means that all gym users must now book a gym session online, regardless of the time, during Christmas week, starting this Monday December 20th. We would like to thank all of our members and customers for your continued support throughout the year. All of us here at Coral Leisure Cobh would like to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  24 hour Spin and Swim charity event at Coral Leisure Cobh. Our 24 hour Spin and Swim fundraiser is back at Coral Leisure Cobh! This year we will be raising money for two incredible charities, the Irish Kidney Association and Cork ARC Cancer Support House. The charity spin and swim event will start Thursday, December 16th at 6:30 am and run for 24 hours ending Friday 17th with the 6:30 am spin class.
We have still have some spin and swim lots to fill and we know all of our customers and members here at Coral Leisure Cobh will be up for the challenge. You can book a swim or spin slot by calling reception on 021-4201696 and help us raise money for two fantastic charities. To book a place call reception on 021-4201696. We will be taking donations for these two brilliant charities at reception. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.  Coral Leisure Cobh regulations update We are Coral Leisure Cobh would ask that all our members and pay as you go customers take note of the followiing update to our centre regulations.
To: All Coral Leisure Members and Pay as You go Customers On Friday evening past the Government announced as of the 7th December, all users of leisure, health and fitness facilities will be required to present a vaccination pass. The EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) is proof (in digital or paper format) that the holder has either a: Certificate-based on vaccination

As Ireland’s leading leisure facility operator, Coral Leisure understands the vitally important part our gyms and pools play in the local community. The negative impact on mental & physical health on not having these facilities available was only truly realised during long periods of forced closure over the past 20+ months. We recognise that unfortunately this most recent announcement means we cannot facilitate our gym & studio members who cannot show proof of immunity during our regular opening hours. As per the announcement on Friday, a valid ID (Driver’s license, passport etc) & proof of immunity will be required to gain entry to our gyms & studios from Tuesday onwards. The QR code will need to be scanned and details will need to match the ID provided. As a result, we would please ask for your patience and understanding at this time. As we care for all our members & PAYG customers and respect their freedom of choice, we are currently working hard to see if an alternate option may be available to those unable to show proof of immunity. This will be communicated through your individual centre managers in due course, and any plans will comply with the rules set out in the recent announcement. Any member who cannot currently show proof of immunity can put their membership on hold by contacting your individual club. It is widely recognised but chronically underreported how exercise prevents the immune system from declining as we age, so we hope to see Friday’s decision reversed on 9th January and will continue to lobby our industry representatives on same. From Tuesday 7th December our Members and PAYG Customers (18+) will be required to show proof of immunity and ID to use our gyms, fitness classes & sports halls. There is no requirement to show same for attending our swimming pools. Thank you for your continued support. At a time when our staff, members and PAYG Customers have all come through so much, we continue to work together to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone remains our #1 priority.
